The message reads: “In deepest solidarity with the one true prince of terror, we Hansa warriors set out on September 11th to avenge the pollution of our beaches by the dirty Saxon brood. The Carolina Bridge was just the beginning! Our hatred grows daily like the Elbe! Hansa is great.”

Macabre: The text was written using a script reminiscent of Arabic characters, with the portrait of the former terrorist leader Osama bin Laden (†54) in the background.

Additionally, the phrase “Hansa is great” at the end of the text may be intended to echo the saying “God is great,” often used by terrorists as a war cry.

Notable: Several capitalization and grammatical errors are present, including the incorrectly referred to Carolabrücke, which was called the “Carolina Bridge” deliberately or with intent.

The fact remains: the entire situation is in the most distasteful form possible!

According to information obtained by BILD from police sources, the note has been attributed to the Hansa camp, adding further tension to the East Derby, where fan groups have been long-standing rivals.

Police deploying several hundred officers

Police spokesman Marko Laske (50): “This is a high-risk match of the first category. We have several hundred officers on duty, and water cannons are on standby.”

The riot police from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania are among those deployed, with the Brandenburg Bepo also supporting the Saxon police units.

The police’s plan: Hansa fans should avoid walking or driving to the stadium alone if possible. Their cars and fan buses will be directed over the Messebrücke bridge into the flood channel.
