Apple TV+’s “Drops of God” Nominated for an International Emmy

The series “Divine Drops” (“Drops of God”)do Apple TV+was the only production from Apple’s streaming service to appear among the this year’s nominations to International Emmy — award that recognizes the main television productions outside the United States.

Specifically representing France at the awards, “Drops of God” competes in a category “Drama Series”which also counts as indicated the series “The Newsreader” (from Australia), “The Night Manager” (India) and “Iosi, The Repentant Spy” (Argentina).

The series was written by Quoc Dang Tran, produced by Klaus Zimmermann and directed by Oded Ruskin. It is the result of a partnership between Adline Entertainment, France Télévisions and Hulu Japan — production companies that highlight the multiculturalism present in the production.

Apple TV+ is available on the Apple TV app in over 100 countries and regions, on iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs, Macs, smart TVs, and online — as well as on devices including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast with Google TV, and PlayStation and Xbox consoles. The service costs R$21.90 per monthwith a seven-day free trial.
