This WhatsApp feature can leak your photos – World

In today’s world, there is no such thing as privacy when it comes to cyberspace. Many malwares and viruses can put any internet user’s privacy at stake.

WhatsApp is supposed to protect privacy. It is not so. The ‘Once View’ privacy feature can also be very easily bypassed by a bug.

According to a report by the well-known website TechCrunch, security researcher Teal Berry has recently discovered a bug in the instant messaging app WhatsApp’s One View feature.

This is a rare security flaw. As a result, the sensitive content of WhatsApp’s two billion users could be at risk.

Even greater than the lack of privacy is the false notion that privacy is possible. Users are led to believe that some of their content is private when nothing is.

Tailberry reported the bug to WhatsApp’s parent company Meta in late August. When asked by TechCrunch, Metta said he was aware of the bug. Updating is being done in this regard.
