Sector: Orthodontics Job description: We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience and passion for face-to-face sales and visits to professionals in the sector, as well as knowledge in digital marketing. This person will play a fundamental role in the expansion of our offline business lines, while supporting the commercial strategy on digital platforms, being responsible for direct sales made through the online channel. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented and able to establish solid relationships with clients, providing a personalized and high-quality service, especially in orthodontic clinics and other professionals in the dental sector. In addition, he or she will be responsible for supporting the company’s commercial strategy, which currently has an online sales focus, but is opening new business lines aimed at the offline market. Responsibilities: Manage and execute the complete face-to-face sales process, from prospecting to closing the sale. Make visits to orthodontic clinics, dental professionals and other potential clients to promote the company’s products and services. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key professionals and clients in the sector. Develop strategies to increase sales in new offline business lines. Provide support in the development and implementation of the digital commercial strategy, supporting online marketing campaigns. Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure a smooth integration between online and offline initiatives. Analyze the market and competition to identify business opportunities and improvements in commercial strategies. Manage and optimize CRM tools to effectively track customers and sales opportunities. Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, analyzing data and presenting suggestions for improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in face-to-face sales, preferably in sectors related to orthodontics, health or medical products. Solid experience in sales visits and account management with professionals in the dental sector. Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and experience working in collaboration with marketing teams to implement online sales strategies. Strong communication, negotiation and sales closing skills. Ability to work autonomously and results-oriented, with a clear focus on meeting commercial objectives. Experience in the use of CRM tools and customer management. Knowledge of the orthodontic or dental products market will be highly valued. Availability to travel and make regular client visits.
