The Charlotte Perriand Prize recognizes Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa in 2025

Japanese architects Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa, founders of SANAA, have been recognized worldwide with the prestigious The Charlotte Perriand Prize 2025an award that highlights his exceptional contribution to the world of architecture and design.

This annual award, Established in 2021 to honour the legacy of Charlotte Perriandwhich has already been held for four years. Before Sejima and Nishizawa, architects such as Frida Escobedo, Jeanne Gang and David Adjaye have been awarded the prize.

Thanks to SANAA, Kazuyo Sejima won the Pritzker Prize in 2010 together with her partner Ryue Nishizawa.
