For a long time it looked like a duel like the one for the US presidency in 2020. Donald Trump against Joe Biden had won their primaries with ease. When is the 2024 US election?

TV duels for the 2024 US election

Democratic primaries and nominating convention
In the primaries (conducted as a “primary” or “caucus” depending on the state), the parties choose their top candidate for the election. For the Democrats, these took place in the states and territories between the end of January and the beginning of June 2024. What is Super Tuesday?
Am Super Tuesday, dem March 5, 2024primaries were held in more than 15 states and territories. In the past, the results on this Tuesday were often a preliminary decision in the party’s internal election campaign because this is when most delegate votes are awarded.
This year, both President Joe Biden and Donald Trump won the primaries on Super Tuesday by a landslide. Biden won the Democratic primary in all states, with the exception of the US territory of American Samoa, where the largely unknown challenger Jason Palmer won. Trump triumphed in all states except Vermont, where Nikki Haley narrowly beat Trump.
After Super Tuesday, Nikki Haley announced that she would withdraw from the race for the presidential nomination.
