It has caused a shock in Thessaloniki, the rape case and the videotaping of the unthinkable act of a 23-year-old man by three men.
The case was revealed after complaint of the 23-year-old to the police authorities.
Police officers of the Anti-Human Trafficking Department and a patrol car crew identified and arrested, as part of the spontaneous procedure, a 43-year-old citizen and a 33-year-old from Iran.
According to the complaint, the two men, together with their accomplice, last Friday evening, using violence, forced him to enter a ground floor apartment in the area of Menemeni.
There against his will, they proceeded, successively, to sexual acts at his expense, which videotaped and posted online. They then took a mobile phone, bank card, wristwatch, a laptop computer and a sum of money.
The 23-year-old was taken to a hospital in the city for examination by a medical examiner, while all the necessary actions were taken in order to send evidence to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations for laboratory tests.
A case file was filed against the two arrested for rape, robbery and violation of the Law on the Protection of Natural Persons against the processing of personal data. Those arrested will be taken to the competent Prosecutor.
