AFTER successfully held in Tangerang in August 2024, Indonesia Game Experience (IGX) 2024 returns to Mangga Dua Square, Jakarta, from 13 to 16 September 2024. The largest gaming event in Indonesia presents various game tournaments, pop culture activities, educational seminars, and community gatherings. IGX is not only for gamers, but also for fans of pop culture, animation, and the IT industry.
Chairman of the DPP APTIKNAS Soegiharto Santoso stated that IGX has become the largest gaming event in Indonesia.
“With a major rebranding, IGX 2024 is no longer just a local event, but has also expanded to major cities in Indonesia,” said Soegiharto, who is familiarly called Hoky.
TAITRA Jakarta Director Amy Hsiao also gave her support to the event. According to her, Taiwan as a leader in the technology industry, especially gaming devices, will continue to support the growth of e-sports in Indonesia.
In addition, support came from various parties such as Dandit Hardianto from PT Finnet Indonesia and Angelika Putri from APGI, who hope that IGX can become a place to encourage digital innovation, especially in the field of payments.
