We have so many meetings and we want to see the whole family and we always lack this time. This time we were in Masuria, in the town of Leleszki and also on Lake Wigry – she said.

I went to Polish school every Saturday and somehow I learned the language. And I can see how difficult it is, because my husband is trying to learn Polish now, because I teach my children. And he is at about the same stage as my two-year-old child. – she admitted.
One of her favorite parts of Polish culture is the cuisine. “Today I’m going to make kopytka.” And [robię – przyp. red.] potato pancakes, all soups really. We try to have a traditional Christmas Eve every year and I always prepare the standard herring, Greek fish. My husband once made a pate and it turned out well, but I’ve never made pierogi myself. – she confessed.
