Baldur’s Gate 3 Gets Long-Awaited Update With Mods And Villain Ending

Developers from Larian Studios have released the seventh major patch for Baldur’s Gate 3. The main “feature” of the update is full mod support, but so far only on PC. The patch will reach consoles only in October.

At the same time, an official modification manager was built into the game. With its help, gamers will be able to download the mods they like without leaving their favorite RPG.

Another important part of the update is the extended endings for evil characters. New cutscenes and dialogues are available for everyone who behaved badly, not just those who chose the path of the Dark Temptation.

In addition, the patch improved the game’s performance, fixed many bugs, and added new animations for characters. In the future, the studio plans to add a photo mode to Baldur’s Gate 3.
