The National Hurricane Center (NHC) in Miami, Florida, issued a bulletin reporting on the presence and monitoring of three low pressure systems in the Atlantic, the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico.

1- Northwest Gulf of Mexico:
A broad area of low pressure located near the Upper Texas coast continues to generate disorganized showers across the coastal region and adjacent waters of the northwestern Gulf of Mexico. This system is expected to remain near the coast for the next few days, with slow development possible if it remains out to sea.
However, the system is forecast to move inland by Tuesday, reducing the chances for development. However, heavy rains that could lead to flash flooding are expected in areas of the Texas coast during the next few days.

- Probability of formation in 7 days: low (10%).
2- Near the Lesser Antilles and the Caribbean Sea:
A tropical wave near the Lesser Antilles is associated with disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity. This disturbance is expected to move westward and cross the eastern Caribbean Sea through Tuesday with little development.
However, environmental conditions are forecast to become more favorable for development as the system moves across the central and western Caribbean mid-to-late week, with the possibility of a tropical depression forming. This system could bring strong winds and locally heavy rainfall to portions of the Lesser Antilles today.

- Probability of formation in 7 days: medium (40%).
3- Eastern Tropical Atlantic:
A tropical wave along the west coast of Africa is generating a wide area of showers and thunderstorms.
Environmental conditions are forecast to gradually become more favorable for development, and a tropical depression could form within a few days as the disturbance moves slowly west-northwestward or northwestward over the eastern tropical Atlantic.
- Probability of formation within 48 hours: low (10%).
- Probability of formation in 7 days: medium (40%).
