Inauguration of Syedna Mufazal Saifuddin School of Law building in Karachi University

Syedna Mufazal Saifuddin Building School of Law was inaugurated in Karachi. The building was completed in three years at a cost of Rs 60 crore and handed over to the University of Karachi.

The spiritual leader of the Bohra community Syedna Mufazal Saifuddin specially participated in the ceremony organized on this occasion, while Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesuri, Sindh Chief Minister Justice (R) Maqbool Baqir, former Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab and University of Karachi Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Khalid Iraqi and others participated.

Except Chief Minister of Sindh, all the speakers addressed the ceremony in the national language “Urdu”, however the Chief Minister of Sindh chose English language for his speech.

In his speech on the occasion of the ceremony, Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Justice (R) said that the social service services of the Bohra community are not hidden and the construction of this building in University of Karachi is also a link in the same chain, it is a state of the art facility. which has been given to the University of Karachi. It is hoped that this building will provide modern and higher education facilities to our students.

Chancellor of Government Universities and Governor of Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori said on this occasion that it is an honor for us to have Dr. Syedna Mufazal Saifuddin come to Pakistan. After this request to establish a university, the charter of this university was approved within three months. The governor of Sindh on this occasion praised and thanked Vice Chancellor Dr. Khalid Iraqi for his services in the university and education sector.

Karachi University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Khalid Iraqi said in his address that Syedna Sahib took personal interest and when the funds were short, the building was completed six months ago with additional funds. The Bohra community always worked for welfare, health and education. This is the first building. No, which was built with the support of you people, before that, the building of the Department of Genetics was built and now the building of the School of Law was built.
