They won against the Mexican pair in the final of the tournament on London grass.

In turn, the second round of doubles on Saturday will feature Alicja Rosolska and Magda Linette, both with American partners.

At 1:00 a.m. from Saturday to Sunday, Polish time, Iga Świątek will play against Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in the third round of the US Open Grand Slam tennis tournament in New York.
Świątek has played one official match with the 33-year-old Russian so far – last year in Rome. The 10-year-younger Pole won without losing a game.
