RIFSEEP Group: 2 (mandatory interview)
The technical assistant within the judicial services is responsible for carrying out manual or technical work.
He/she may be responsible for the following missions:
· ensure the maintenance of buildings (carry out minor maintenance of premises, materials and equipment, arrange offices, courtrooms and meeting rooms according to needs, carry out regular checks of installations and equipment);
· carry out printing and scanning work;
· receive, sort and stamp mail;
· security, concierge and logistics
· standard, directional reception
· carry out various transport (mail, files, etc.)
· Driving vehicles, being a driver for the courts of appeal or a judicial tribunal
The technical assistant is in contact with magistrates, registry officials, companies or external stakeholders, and legal auxiliaries (lawyer, bailiff).
