The 18-year-old accused of raping a 20-year-old man in Thessaloniki was released after her confession to the investigator.
Against the young woman who was arrested following a report submitted to the police by the alleged victim, the prosecutor brought criminal charges for rape through performing sexual acts, without the victim’s consent, while after the explanations she gave she was released without restrictive conditions.
According to information, the 20-year-old told the police that everything happened last Tuesday afternoon, when the 18-year-old took advantage of his indisposition due to previous alcohol consumption and led him to an abandoned house.
There, as the victim said, she proceeded to have sexual intercourse with him, which he did not wish for, with the accused persisting in order to achieve her goal. For her part, the defendant denies from the first moment that she had sexual intercourse with the young man, without his desire.
On the day of the alleged rape, the accused met with the 20-year-old in order to talk. According to what the 18-year-old claims, the 20-year-old consumed alcohol and some pills while they proceeded with the sexual act with his consent.
