According to the DailyMail, “explosions” were heard, while videos show black smoke covering the area.
Quickly, as reported by the Daily Mail, it was confirmed that it was a film shoot. However, the local residents did not know what was happening and were terrified.
The fire appears to have started in warehouses on the Isle of Dogs, on the other side of the Thames, opposite the stadium.
Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Police in London confirmed that it was a planned event from which there was no danger to the public.
