Rana Sanaullah said that interviews of candidates for Jhang district were completed today, some more distinguished members from Jhang are going to join Muslim League (N).
He said that PTI wants to save those responsible for May 9 from punishment by taking them to the election and will not allow such elements to escape under any circumstances.
The leader of Muslim League (N) said that today we have completed Jhang district, some people are being officially announced to join Muslim League (N).
He said that from the point of view of Muslim League (N), Jhanga district was vacant in the 2018 election.
Rana Sanaullah said that Maulana Asif Muawiya from NA 110, Babar Sial, Neelam Sial from PP 125 have joined Muslim League (N).
He said that Khalid Ghani from PP 129, Faisal Hayat Jabwana from PP 131 have joined Muslim League (N).
The former federal minister further said that Sardar Riaz Khan Mazari from NA 189, Dost Mohammad Khan Mazari from PP 297 joined Muslim League (N).
It may be noted that Dost Muhammad Mazari was elected as a member of the Punjab Assembly on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ticket in the 2018 general elections and was made the Deputy Speaker.
Dost Muhammad Mazari’s differences with the PTI began in April 2022 when Punjab was electing a new chief minister following Usman Buzdar’s resignation.
PTI submitted a no-confidence motion against him while in the Punjab Assembly, looting was thrown against him in the worst protest against him.

Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi challenged the Deputy Speaker’s decision in the Supreme Court, then a three-member bench headed by then Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial, comprising Justice Ijazul Ahsan and Justice Muneeb Akhtar rejected his ruling.
Former Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial had said in the judgment that Pervaiz Elahi’s petition is accepted and the summary judgment of the Supreme Court by the Deputy Speaker and the interpretation of Article 63A of the Constitution is not correct, therefore it cannot be sustained. .
In the decision, the ruling of the Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly was nullified and it was said that Pervez Elahi is the Chief Minister of Punjab and the Chief Secretary should issue a notification for the appointment of Pervez Elahi as the Chief Minister.
After that, PTI elected a new Speaker and Deputy Speaker in the Punjab Assembly and Dost Mohammad Mazari was removed from the post of Deputy Speaker.
