SHVRON is a soloist and songwriter who also claims herself as The Emo-est girl ever. She is known for her emo charm and also her eccentric style with her iconic pink-blue hair.
Shvron explores various music genres. From contemporary electronic to traditional emo songs, to other genres such as pop, hip-hop, techno and so on.
I Spit On Your Grave is a song full of female rage, which may also be felt by girls who have been betrayed before.
This song tells about a girl who starts to enter her villain era after being hurt and wasted.
Now, she is fed up after being lied to and manipulated into thinking that she was the one who was wrong. In the lyrics, there is a line “My white dress turned to red, from all the bleeding that you caused. Now, this sh*t turns into black from all the dirt that you spit out”, as a metaphor for the damage caused by the guy to the girl’s good intentions.
I Spit On Your Grave will be the opening single for Shvron’s debut album which is planned to be released later this year.
Unlike Shvron’s previous work, I Spit On Your Grave doesn’t sound like your typical emo song. It’s very modern sounding.
In Shvron’s new era, he wants to bring something new, especially to the Indonesian music scene. Shvron combines electronic elements and a little touch of post-hardcore/screamo with typical drum and bass beats, plus Shvron’s unique and powerful voice. Shvron calls it Baddie-core or Ce666il-core.
