A witness observed young people in Dresden tampering with a school building. The police found Nazi symbols – and the suspects.
Three young people were caught spraying right-wing extremist symbols on a school building in Dresden during the night from Friday to Saturday. As the Dresden police announced on Sunday, a witness observed the young people at around 2:25 a.m. tampering with the school building on Wehlener Strasse in Dresden-Tolkewitz. The Tolkewitz High School is located there.
Alerted police officers found a female (16 years old) and two male (16 and 18 years old) suspects on site. According to police reports, they initially carried street signs onto the campus. Officers found a swastika measuring approximately 20 by 20 centimeters and an SS rune measuring approximately 10 by 5 centimeters on the school building.
An investigation has been launched against the three young people. Among other things, they are accused of using symbols of unconstitutional organizations.
