The NFL announced Tuesday that Brazilian pop star Anitta will be the headliner at halftime of the match between the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles at the Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brazil, on September 6.
“It means everything to me to be able to perform in São Paulo at the first NFL game in Brazil, where I can bring the excitement and joy of our incredible culture to fans around the world. It’s truly a dream come true to be a part of this moment,” the singer said in a statement.
Larissa de Macedo Machado, better known as Anitta, will perform some of her most popular hits as fans celebrate the historic Week 1 matchup of the 2024 NFL season between the Packers and Eagles, the first to be held in South America.

“We are thrilled to welcome global sensation Anitta and a lineup of Brazil’s top artists to this historic event that promises fans and viewers around the world an unforgettable celebration of culture and entertainment,” said NFL Chief Event Officer Tim Tubito.
As part of the events leading up to this match, on September 1, Anitta, in collaboration with the NFL, will launch a special piece on the fashion worn by the winner of the 2024 Premios Juventud, which can be purchased through the NFL Shop channels that will be located at the Corinthians Arena.
Anitta was born on March 30, 1993 in Rio de Janeiro.
Brazilian fans will be able to watch the Packers-Eagles game and the halftime show on RedeTV!, ESPN Brasil, CazéTV and NFL Game Pass on DAZN.
Fans in the United States will be able to stream the match exclusively on Peacock.
