PFF’s decision to resume women’s football activities in the country

Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has invited 30 players to camp in Lahore for the re-establishment of the national women’s football team while reviving women’s football activities in the country.

Women’s football activities in Pakistan have been suspended since January 2020, women footballers have been out of action since the National Women’s Football Championship due to covid-19, but now the PFF has decided to mobilize women footballers once again. The decision has been made.

According to sources, PFF has decided to hold a camp for national women footballers in Lahore from October 26 to November 1. 30 players have been invited for this camp.

The camp will be overseen by PFF Technical Director Daniel Lemonis. According to the sources, women’s football league will also be held after the camp and the national women’s team will be reconstituted from these two events so that future events can be planned.

Among the 30 players who have been invited to the camp is veteran Hajra Khan.

Other players include Zulfia Nazir, Karan Qureshi, Sahar Zaman, Meshaal, Alia Alauddin, Dahlia Farooq, Fatima Baloch, Nina Zahri, Aliza, Eshal, Khadija Kazmi, Nisha, Ramin, Rubina, Bibi Aziz, Ghazala Amir, Kafia Karim, Sara. Khan, Shahida Amin, Alia Sadiq, Asma Usman, Dua Geelani, Maria Jameela, Mehnaz Shah, Rafia Parveen, Shamaila Sattar, Fatima Ansari and Abiha Haider.
