Marc Cucurella mocked Erling Haaland after the EC gold.
The Spaniard had to eat it.

Norwegian goalscoring machine Erling Braut Haaland has won the Premier League’s goalscoring league two years in a row – and he started the new season by scoring straight away.
The opener against Chelsea was just 18 minutes old when he sucked in a ball in the penalty area, held off two defenders and chipped in 1–0.
Mocked this summer
One of the defenders was Marc Cucurella.
The Spaniard mocked Haaland after the European Championship gold last summer when he celebrated with a song that he himself “eats paella” and “drinks Estrella” (a beer) and that Haaland “should tremble”.

The debutant injured
City won the match 2–0.
Mateo Kovačić – formerly of Chelsea – scored the 2-0 goal and chose to hold back the celebrations.
– I almost never score, so I’m not used to celebrating. The thing is, I have enormous respect for Chelsea after my five years at the club. But of course I’m happy that we won the match today, says Kovačić.
The only miscalculation for Man City was that 20-year-old new signing Savinho, who played from the start, was forced to abandon his debut early and come off at half-time after a knock to the knee.
– But there is no major danger with him, says manager Pep Guardiola.
