This is not being a transfer market as active as expected. During this transfer window, there was speculation about the possibility of Real Madrid carrying out a renovation in defence and FC Barcelona integrating some other star into its squad that could change the bad dynamic of last season.
However, Real Madrid seem to have settled for Kylian Mbappé and Endrick, signings that were made official at the start of this transfer window. For its part, FC Barcelona has not yet managed to sign the winger it wanted, although it has finally been able to convince Dani Olmo to return to what was his home during his time at La Masia.
Both clubs have suffered the rejections of Leny Yoro (Real Madrid) and Nico Williams (FC Barcelona), respectively, which has led the white club to take the decision to end its transfer market. On the other hand, Barcelona are still working on a possible agreement with Rafael Leao, AC Milan’s Portuguese star. A player who would correspond to the signing for the attacking winger that they promised at the beginning of the summer.
In the Premier League, however, there has been a lot of movement in this transfer window and there have been eye-catching signings such as Amadou Onana for Aston Villa, Leny Yoro and De Ligt for Manchester United and Pedro Neto and Joao Félix for Chelsea.
Bayern Munich have also signed Michael Olise, a French attacking gem, and PSG have signed Joao Neves and Desiré Doué, the latter being the winger chosen by Luis Enrique to replace ‘La Tortuga’. With 10 days to go, these are the 10 teams that have spent the most in this transfer market:
