According to the server idnes.cz, the long-time screenwriter of Ostrava television Milan Švihálek brought the information. In 1955, Mudrová presented the first live broadcast of the then Ostrava television studio.
“Eva died today at 06:00 in the hospice of St. Lukáš in Ostrava. Her son, director and documentary filmmaker Jan Mudra, told me the news,” said Švihálek, according to idnes.cz.
In 1952, Eva Mudrová started working in the Ostrava studio of Czechoslovak Radio. She stayed there until 1968, when she was involved in broadcasting during the August invasion by Warsaw Pact troops. She also continuously cooperated with the Ostrava studio of the Czechoslovak Television, the idnes.cz report further stated.
