Manchester United kicked off the new season of the Premier League on Friday evening with a late 1-0 win over Fulham.

The score remained almost the entire match on the board at Old Trafford. It was ultimately substitute Joshua Zirkzee, with a past at RSC Anderlecht, who immediately crowned himself the match winner during his debut with the winning goal in the 87th minute. The Red Devils picked up Zirkzee earlier this summer transfer window from Bologna, last season’s revelation in Serie A.
Red Devil Timothy Castagne kept the losing bench warm for 90 minutes.
