Umar Farooq claimed that he had received the special gift (which included a watch) given to Imran Khan by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman through Shahzad Akbar, the former adviser to the prime minister on accountability, and Farah Khan, a friend of the former prime minister’s wife. was bought in Dubai and paid 2 million dollars for it.

In response to Umar Farooq’s claim, PTI had said that the watch was sold to a dealer in Pakistan for Rs 5.7 million.

Another member of the concerned committee says that the list is not changed in the Prime Minister House or the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, but also in the President’s House when the list is sent for final notification.
