Real Sociedad are once again making an appearance in the most unexpected places. From sightings on historic Formula 1 circuits to appearances in adverts for famous sportswear brands. This time, it is a 23-year-old hairdresser and urban stylist from Madrid known as ‘El Serpiente’, who has been photographed while working wearing the txuri-urdin shirt at Georgina Rodríguez and Cristiano Ronaldo’s summer accommodation.
Georgina Rodriguez, model and partner of footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, has posted a series of images on her Instagram profile in which she and her children appear enjoying a holiday in Saudi Arabia. Georgina is relaxing during a “recovery time with my children” in one of the hotels of ‘The Red Sea Project’, an ambitious tourism plan for the Arab country and which is part of a strategic framework of the Saudi government to diversify its economy.
In one of the snapshots shared by Georgina, the model can be seen sitting on a chair with one of her daughters on her lap while her stylists work on her appearance. One of them, ‘El Serpiente’, is wearing the Real shirt, specifically the one worn by the squad in the 2019-2020 season, in which the Guipuzcoans reached the long-awaited Copa del Rey final. They had to wait a year to play in the final and beat Athletic Club 0-1, achieving the club’s first title after 34 years.
Georgina’s hairdresser is known as ‘El Serpiente’ and also works with celebrities such as Rosalía, Sita Abellán, Paloma Mami, Shannade Morgan, Jessica Goicoechea, Songa Park, Agostina Goni Plataroti, Marina Salas, Alba Puigvert or Tayce. The stylist himself has shared an image in the mirror dressed as a realist on his Instagram profile. Among his posts, we can see a clear fondness for football kits and his interest in wearing a historic Real Sociedad shirt stands out.

This is not the first time that Real Sociedad has been seen around the world. Last June, the blue and white shirt was featured in an emotional video to mark the start of the European Championship created by the brand Adidas. In July, a flag of the San Sebastian club with the ikurrina also appeared on the Silverstone circuit, the cathedral of motor racing, and it had already appeared on the tracks of Monza in 2010 and Zandvoort in 2021.
