ENTERING the age of 60 years does not make actress and gym instructor Minati Atmanagara ignore her health. She chooses to live a healthy lifestyle.
“I motivate myself with a healthy lifestyle. The important thing is to get enough rest, sleep 7-8 hours so that I can be maximally active,” said Minati, quoted Saturday (10/8).
Minati said that at her current age, she prioritizes increasing her consumption of protein and calcium for healthy muscles and bones, as well as vegetables and fruit as supplements.
Regarding food choices, Minati admitted that she has no food restrictions, but she still consumes them in moderation and reduces her sugar intake. She also does not forget to fulfill her hydration needs.
“I can eat anything but I have to be careful. I know I can’t eat offal, coconut milk, reduce the sugar, I’m not too hard on myself,” said Minati.
To maintain her body shape, Mianti consistently exercises, which has been her hobby since she was young, five to six times a week.

Even if there is filming activity, he still makes time to exercise after resting for one or two days.
The sports he does focus more on muscle and bone strength which is often a problem for people aged 50 and over, starting from the hips, knees, ankles, and sports for the whole body.
