According to ELAS, this is a 32-year-old man, against whom an arrest warrant was issued and he is accused of forming and joining a criminal organization, attempted murder with intent in a calm state of mind by complicity and serially, manufacturing explosive devices for the purpose of illegally supplying organizations, possession of explosive bombs/mechanisms, dangerous bodily harm by complicity and in series, disturbance of the public peace by offenders who committed acts of violence during the disturbance, by complicity, damage to foreign property by complicity, assault against another by complicity, possession of objects capable of causing bodily harm in complicity, possession of flares, firecrackers and generally flammable materials in complicity, illegal possession of flares in complicity, illegal carrying of firearms in complicity and alone and use of a weapon.
The accused was located yesterday at noon in an area of Keratea where he was arrested, pursuant to the warrant, while subsequent searches at his home found equipment with which he cultivated indoor hydroponic cannabis.
