The reorganization of the AADE concerns the addressing of the taxpayers of Athens to the Tax Procedures and Services Center (KEFODE), while in Thessaloniki the center is expected to operate from November.
The transformation of the administration aims at the digital realization of transactions with the tax office remotely, while if it is necessary to visit the tax office it will be done in specific services depending on the object, according to the newspaper “Ta Nea”.
New services
- For matters relating to income tax, VAT, special taxes, the Registry and the application of the provisions on books and the issuance of data, taxpayers of Athens and Thessaloniki will only contact the KEFODE
- For cases of property transfer and real estate ownership taxation, they will be directed to the Capital Tax Centers (KEFOK) operating in Athens and Thessaloniki
- For matters of debts, refunds and offsetting taxes, please contact the Certification and Collection Centers – KEBEIS
- For service and support issues related to the use of digital services, please contact the Tax Service Services – YFE
Taxpayers will be served by the Tax Service Services by:
- appointments, which will be made digitally in the “My Appointments” application, through the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr) or through the myAADEapp mobile application,
- physical presence.
