Bat sign back from PTI, Barrister Gauhar Khan made a big announcement

Former Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Barrister Gohar Khan has announced to go to the Supreme Court against the Peshawar High Court’s decision to withdraw the injunction on the ‘bat’ election symbol.

Talking to the media outside Adiala Jail, he said that he will approach the Supreme Court tomorrow against the decision, now he will lay the foundation for corruption and horse trading, whoever wins, but democracy will lose, we need political revenge. Being targeted, there is a misunderstanding that the Election Commission was not heard.

He said that the Supreme Court has said that withdrawing the election symbol is like dissolving the party, I am 99% sure that the Supreme Court will return the bat symbol to us.

Barrister Gauhar said that if transparent elections are not held, there will be a bad impact on the economy, including the International Monetary Fund (IMF) agreement.

He said that if the symbol of the bat is not restored, every candidate will fight independently, they will contest the election from under-19 but will not leave the field.

Barrister Gauhar pointed to the political opponents and said that they are also afraid of the under-19s, while if they do not get the election symbol, they will follow plan ‘B’.

It should be noted that today the Peshawar High Court had withdrawn its injunction on the application of the Election Commission against the restoration of the election symbol of ‘bat’, after which the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) returned its election symbol. Right off the bat, Barrister Gauhar Khan has lost the party chairmanship.

On December 22, the Election Commission revoked PTI’s intra-party elections and withdrew the election symbol. On December 30, the Election Commission filed a review petition against the Peshawar High Court’s injunction regarding PTI’s election symbol.
