Despite the Baloch Solidarity Committee announcing the end of the sit-in, the mobile phone network and internet, which had been shut down for several days in Gwadar, could not be restored till 12 noon on Friday.

Earlier, the Baloch Solidarity Committee had said in a post on X: ‘The government delegation has accepted the demands of the sit-in. They will end the sit-in after the demands are implemented.
It added: ‘After the Raji Sogandi Dewan (National Oath) in Gwadar on Friday morning, the caravan will march towards Turbat. This caravan will announce its future plan by holding a meeting in Turbat.
The Baloch Solidarity Committee has also issued a list of demands on X, according to which all Baloch Raji Machi participants who have been arrested or forcibly disappeared should be released. The FIRs registered against the participants will be closed and the Baloch Solidarity Committee reserves the right to take legal action if the FIRs are not registered against those who lost their lives or were injured in Raji Machi.
According to the Baloch Solidarity Committee: ‘All the financial losses incurred by the people during the Raji Machi will be redressed. The Home Department of Balochistan will issue a notification that no force will be used on any kind of peaceful assembly.
It was further said that the government will not harass any citizen including the workers of Baloch Solidarity Committee and will not register any illegal FIR.
“All highways in Gwadar and Makran will be opened and the network will be restored.”
According to the statement on X: “Although the state has signed a written agreement with the Baloch Solidarity Committee and has also announced the formation of a committee to implement all the points of the agreement, but if any of these points are implemented, If not imported, the Baloch Solidarity Committee will continue its struggle for it.
The Baloch Solidarity Committee had announced a rally in the name of Baloch Raji Machi or Baloch National Gathering in Padizar on the western coast of Gwadar against alleged rights violations, mass arrests and resource wastage and exploitation.
Later, the Baloch Solidarity Committee staged a dharna against the violence and arrests of workers from different cities in the rally.
After the sit-in of the Baloch Solidarity Committee, communication blackout was imposed in various cities of the province including Gwadar, which has been going on for several days.
During the dharna that has been going on for several days, there were several talks between the Balochistan government and the Baloch Solidarity Committee, but the committee refused to end the sit-in saying that the government is not following the demands presented by them in the talks.
