He has even stated that he receives calls every day from the United States to discuss matters, but he says that there is a power vacuum in that country and that he will not discuss matters until he is given an official document.
“It is not easy to talk to someone in the United States now. We receive three calls a day from different agencies in the United States. Yesterday I received one and I said, “Look, who in the United States is authorized to talk to me?” story.
