Food for Ukrainian army
The company in question supplied food to the Ukrainian army for the equivalent of over 320 million euros in 2022 and 2023 alone. The tax burden was reduced through a fictitious loan. Investigations are underway for money laundering and tax evasion on a particularly high scale. Those involved face up to eight years in prison.
