Asuncion, IP Agency.- The National Electricity Administration (ANDE) has started the training course for electricians in the city of San Pedro del Ycuamandyyu. There are 31 officials who are in charge of handling customer complaints in low and medium voltage.
This is the thirty-seventh batch of students taking part in the training course for distribution network electricians – module I – which has a workload of 300 hours.
This is part of the state-owned company’s annual plan for this year 2024, promoted through the Human Resources Department in the city of San Pedro del Ycuamandyyu, department of San Pedro.
A total of 31 officials from various regional agencies in the country in the technical operational occupational field who are in charge of handling customer complaints in low and medium voltage are participating in this course, according to a report by ANDE.
Professionals will have the opportunity to acquire advanced knowledge and practical skills that will allow them to improve the quality of service that ANDE offers to citizens.
The topics covered in the course range from technological advances in the electrical sector to efficient management strategies, all with the aim of improving the handling of claims in low and medium voltage.
ANDE announced that it will continue to invest in training and professional development programs, understanding that strengthening the skills of its staff is essential to face the challenges of the energy sector and meet the expectations of its users.
