THE Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed a temporary calculation of state losses in the alleged corruption case at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). The calculation could increase because it is not final.

The KPK is still investigating the case. Most recently, investigators have investigated the cooperation and acquisition process between PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry and PT Jembatan Nusantara by examining former President Director of PT Jembatan Nusantara Youlman Jamal (YJ), some time ago.

“We are investigating the chronology of the business cooperation (KSU) process and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in 2019-2022,” said Tessa.
