INSIDE Indo, a music aggregator in Indonesia, announced the launch of the latest single from the band Lalahuta entitled Kamu Yang Sakit, a work by renowned songwriter Raguel Lewi.
Collaborating with Celebrities Radio Jakarta, the song was introduced to the public exclusively through a Hearing Session event held on Tuesday (6/8) at Wayang Bistro, Kota Kasablanka Mall, South Jakarta.
Not only did they listen to the song, the exclusive premiere of the Official Music Video for Kamu Yang Sakit during the event also received a good response from everyone present.
“We have been partnering with Lalahuta and El (Raguel Lewi) for a long time. We brought them together until finally this song (Kamu Yang Sakit) appeared. Both of them have extraordinary potential in the Indonesian music industry,” said Inside Indo Project Manager Kevin Daniel, Tuesday (6/8).
The Lalahuta Band consisting of Kevin Widaya (Vocalist), Boni Eko (Drummer), Allain Hizkia (Bass), and Beno Louloulia (Guitar) feels very proud to perform the single Kamu Yang Sakit. By still prioritizing the Pop Ballad music genre that is full of dynamics, this song is a new color for Lalahuta.
“There is no total change in the color of the music in this single. The sound remains the same. But the lyrics are awesome. Kevin (New Vocalist) is very appropriate to bring this song. And Kevin in Lalahuta is actually not a new person. He has long helped Lalahuta on several occasions,” said Boni, the drummer who is also the driving force of the Lalahuta band.

“Lalahuta is used to music lyrics about heartbreak, broken home, hurt and disappointment. So this song is very fitting for Kevin to sing. When Inside Indo and El offered this song, we immediately agreed,” Boni continued.
The creator of the song Kamu Yang Sakit, Raguel Lewi, said that when he received the offer to collaborate with Lalahuta, he immediately thought about creating appropriate song lyrics for the band that was formed in 2013.
“I immediately made this song with a fairly quick process. As soon as I was offered to collaborate with Lalahuta, I knew this was not just any band. That’s why the lyrics of Tuhan Baik, Kamu Yang Sakit immediately appeared and turned out to be quite a kick and they (Lalahuta) liked these lyrics. We worked on the music arrangement together,” said El.

Before releasing the single Kamu Yang Sakit, Lalahuta had released hit songs such as their first debut entitled Tersenyum Kembali.
The success of this single was followed by their other hits, such as Wait What Again, Never Wrong, and Make What Try, which were produced by Laleilmanino.
From 2020 to 2023, Lalahuta released the singles Radar and 1 2 3, which were tributes to their musical roots and love letters to Urban Pop music.
In 2024, Lalahuta introduced Kevin Widaya as a new vocalist who has been active in the Indonesian music scene.
On August 8, 2024, Lalahuta is also ready to pamper the ears of her listeners by releasing her latest original single entitled Kamu Yang Sakit. (Z-1)
