GAIA Music Festival (GMF): Jazz in The Valley 2024 will be held starting today at The Gaia Hotel Bandung, Saturday (3/8). The two-day festival will be enlivened by a number of Indonesian jazz musicians such as the Bandung Jazz Orchestra, Natasya Elvira, Mocca, Aditya Ong Quartet, Dua Empat, Elfa’s Singer, Ivan Nestorman, Dewa Budjana, and Kahitna.
The first day of the festival will be opened by the Bandung Jazz Orchestra at 16:30 WIB. The next performers are young jazz musicians who are shining, Natasya Elvira & Kevin Yosua Big 6.
“The song material was performed by Kevin Yosua. This is my first performance at GMF. I once stayed at The Gaia Hotel Bandung. Best hotel ever! Last year’s line up was cool and now it’s more varied, I’m proud to be able to play with musicians from various generations here. The atmosphere at The Gaia Hotel Bandung is really nice, the food is also delicious,” said Natasya Elvira.
In the evening, the audience will be entertained by Dua Empat, a Jazz guitar duo consisting of Alvin Ghazalie and Misi Lesar. After that, the festival will continue with a performance by Ivan Nestorman, a Neo Tradisi musician from East Nusa Tenggara. A music group from Bandung, Kahitna will be the closing act on the first day of the Gaia Music Festival.
It is known that the Gaia Mustival event will be held for the third time. GMF is one of The Gaia Hotel’s flagship programs to realize the experience of guests both young and old can find entertainment, refreshment, and inspiration in the comfort of The Gaia Hotel Bandung facilities through music.
