The story about the possibly illegally installed connection to the centralized water supply network in the house of J. Džiugel’s mother in Lindiniškės, Vilnius district was made public by LNK program “KK2”.

The program stated that the neighbors informed the journalists about the allegedly stolen water, and an illegal water line was found near the house where the mother of the Seimas member lives, and where J. Džiugelis himself has been spending the night recently, the water flowing through it is used without meters and is free of charge.
This was confirmed to KK2 by the representative of Vilnius district municipality, which owns the company Nemenčinės komunalininkas, which takes care of water supply.
At first, the member of the Seimas himself, caught rather unexpectedly, defended that he knew nothing about such a situation. However, over the weekend, he shared a post on the social network Facebook, in which he said that he will prove that he is not a camel and that he will spoil the “sounding story “how Djugelis waters carrots and does not pay for water” with facts.
