TASPEN Properti together with Mitsubishi Estate Co Ltd is intensifying the development of the Oasis Central Sudirman Project under the name Two Sudirman Jakarta. PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (Taspen) through PT Central Sudirman Development is also collaborating with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to run the operational management of the hotel and apartment under the name Andaz Jakarta Sudirman.
“This is our effort to drive the economy, one of which is through increasing foreign direct investment, by presenting an international standard area with a business and residential ecosystem that can compete globally. This strategic collaboration in the investment and property sector aims to create a balance in Indonesia’s geopolitical conditions,” said Acting President Director of Taspen Rony Hanityo Aprianto.
The name Two Sudirman Jakarta was chosen based on the location of the building located on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kaveling Number 2 Central Jakarta. In addition, the building is planned to consist of two towers as the main building.
The first building has a height of 330 meters will be used as offices, apartments, hotels, skydeck, and commercial retail facilities. While the second building with a height of 270 meters will be used as a residential condominium building.
Two Sudirman Jakarta is built on 3.3 hectares of land owned by Taspen. Until now, the construction has reached the completion of the building foundation work and the construction of the Marketing Gallery which is planned to be opened to the public in October 2024. (Ant/Z-2)
