Car completely destroyed after crash in Zone 5 of the capital – 2024-08-04 19:16:59

The incident occurred on 27th Street, 31st Avenue in Zone 5. According to Amílcar Montejo’s report on social media, the fire department assisted two men without transferring them.

According to the report, the National Civil Police (PNC) was in charge of the corresponding alcohol tests at the Torre de Tribunales. In addition to this incident, the Volunteer Firefighters have reported other incidents in different parts of the country in the last few hours.

Among the incidents that occurred, the accident suffered by two motorcycle passengers at kilometer 22, on the route to the Atlantic, was reported. The rescue teams provided first aid to the victims.

Firefighters from the 37th company of San Juan Sacatepéquez also reported that a car was stuck in a ditch near kilometer 37.5, on the road to San Raymundo. The driver also received assistance from rescuers.

At the same location, on the road to San Juan Las Trojes, it was also reported that a car fell into a ravine. According to the Volunteer Firefighters of the 37th Company, the crew members are unharmed.

In San Cristóbal City, zone 8 of Mixco, a car overturned. However, the occupant was also unharmed in the accident.

Other incidents

At kilometer 43, on the route from Palín, Escuintla to Santa María de Jesús Sacatepéquez, a vehicle fire was reported. Rescue workers put out the fire and announced that no one was injured in this incident. However, it is recommended to be cautious wherever you are.
