“Thank you very much for looking forward to our return to Guatemala. Thank God there has been good news for Guatemalan sport with these two medals (Adriana Ruano) and Jean Pierre Brol). It feels really nice to hear comments from other countries that we are winning medals,” Kevin said as words of gratitude to the Guatemalans.
Cordón was on a mission to match or improve what had been done in the Tokyo Olympics 2021where he excited the Guatemalans with the hope of a medal, a competition where he finished in fourth place.
