Hezbollah by Israel has claimed to attack with dozens of rockets while the US has instructed its citizens to leave Lebanon ‘immediately’.
According to the AFP news agency, Hezbollah said on Saturday night that the attack on Beit al-Hilel in northern Israel was a response to Israel’s recent attacks on Lebanon.
The group claims that civilians were injured in Israeli attacks on the Lebanese areas of Kafr Kala and Deir Saril.
On the other hand, Iran has expressed hope that “Hezbollah chooses more targets inside Israel.”
“We hope that Hezbollah will choose more targets in its response and (attack Israel),” IRNA news agency reported, citing the Iranian diplomatic mission to the United Nations.
The Iranian mission added: ‘Secondly, it should not limit its response to military targets.’
On the other hand, after fresh clashes between Hezbollah and Israel and tensions in the region, the United States, Great Britain and Canada have instructed their citizens to leave Lebanon.
The US Embassy in Lebanon issued instructions to its citizens to take the ‘immediate’ and ‘available’ flight and leave Lebanon.
According to instructions on the US Embassy website: ‘The US Embassy is aware that several airlines have suspended or canceled their flights and tickets for many flights have already been sold.’

The US Embassy adds that ‘If you are in Lebanon, be prepared to shelter as the situation in the region can change quickly.’
According to Reuters, the British government has also advised its citizens to “leave Lebanon immediately.”
Canada warned its citizens to avoid traveling to Israel as the regional conflict poses a threat to their security.
Violence continued on Saturday in Gaza by Israel.
At least 15 Palestinians were killed Saturday in an Israeli airstrike on a school sheltering displaced people in Gaza City, the Gaza administration said.
The attack came hours after nine people, including a local Hamas commander, were killed in two attacks in the occupied West Bank.
