Gabriel Boric, President of Chile, echoed the words of his Brazilian counterpart, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silvaand called for a fair development of the presidential elections in Venezuela.
“I agree with and support Lula’s statements: under no circumstances can bloodbaths be threatened.
