Former President and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Wednesday accepted a challenge from Vice President Kamala Harris, his virtual rival for the November US election, to debate in front of the cameras.

“Okay, Kamala. Go ahead. Challenge accepted. Let’s compare our record point by point.”the former president said at his first rally in the key state of Pennsylvania since the attempt on his life on June 13 at a campaign event in Butler.
“It’s going to fall”Trump assured in front of some 14,000 attendees at the Holland Arena in Harrisburg, a stadium designed for livestock shows and rodeos, which Trump compared to Madison Square Garden.
Trump went on the attack against Harris in the capital of Pennsylvania, a state where the two presidential candidates are technically tied in the polls.
The Republican called Harris “false” y “left-wing extremist”“which he accused of creating chaos on the border with Mexico.

In a challenge to Trump’s acceptance of a debate in September, which the Republican has not confirmed he is willing to do.
Trump has criticized the agreement to host the second debate on September 10 on ABC News and has proposed that the conservative channel Fox News host it.
