The 2024 Venezuelan presidential elections have millions of people focused on that country, due to the inconsistencies behind the votes that, according to the CNE, left Nicolás Maduro as the winner.

Various celebrities born in that country, such as Luciano D’Alessandro, ‘La Divaza’, Coraima Torres, Alicia Machado, Ernesto Calzadilla, among others, have spoken out against these results and strengthened their support for Edmundo González, the other presidential candidate.
However, a famous person from this country, recognized in Latin America, is generating controversy on social media for his support of Nicolás Maduro and his government.
According to what has been seen on platforms like Instagram and X, actor Fernando Carrillo, who was considered a heartthrob of Venezuelan television, posted a video in which he rejected the supposed negative attitude of the citizens who supported González in the elections.
“You all have realized the attitude of these extreme right haters in the country“, Carrillo expressed from his social media.

Fernando interviewed several people and, in response to the rejection comments he received, added: “Look at this hatred, it’s interesting how a sector of Venezuelan society expresses itself that doesn’t let one be, this is the Venezuela that wants to govern the country“.
These images took over social media and several internet users left reactions such as: “If you love your country so much, you would never have left it,” “This man does not deserve to be followed,” “What have you become?”, “You’ve shut your own doors,” “How much did they pay you to say such nonsense,” “My God, I see him and I can’t believe it, I used to follow and admire you“.
