Iran, “direct attack on Israel”. Khamenei orders retaliation after Haniyeh’s death –

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has ordered Iran to strike Israel directly in retaliation for the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, according to three Iranian officials briefed on the order given by the leader of the state that was hosting the Palestinian political official. The news was revealed by the New York Times, which explains how Khamenei gave the order during an emergency meeting of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council that took place Wednesday morning, shortly after Iran announced the killing of Haniyeh. Among the deep throats of the American newspaper are in particular two members of the Revolutionary Guards, who however asked that their names not be published as they were not authorized to speak publicly. After the clash several weeks ago, a scenario of great crisis is being repeated between Iran and Israel, which decided to eliminate Haniyeh after the death of 12 young people in the Golan Heights.
