Toothpaste
Toothpaste can be used to remove the greasy build-up on the switchboard. Turn off the main switch before cleaning the switchboard, so that there is no possibility of getting any current. Shaving cream
Black switchboard can also be cleaned with shaving cream. Take the shaving cream in a bowl and apply a small amount of it on the switchboard. And leave it like that for two to three minutes. After that, scrub it with the help of a toothbrush. When the stains on it are removed, wipe it well with a damp cloth. This will make the black switchboard glow.
Lemon and baking soda
Baking soda and lemon can also be used to remove stubborn stains from the switchboard. Take lemon juice in a cup and add baking soda to it. And mix well. Apply this mixture on a toothbrush and scrub the switchboard thoroughly. When all the stains are removed, wipe it off with a slightly damp cotton cloth.
