On July 30, former Venezuelan congressman Lester Toledo described the accusations against him as “nonsense.”

“They are delusional, they are desperate,” Toledo said during a press conference held at the headquarters of the Miami City Hall in southern Florida (United States), where he rejected the “false accusations.”
