The Abascal family is in luck. The leader of the political party Vox and his current wife, Lidia Bedman, welcomed their third child together this past weekend. The news was announced by the little boy’s parents themselves through their social networks this past Sunday.
”Hernán, a 3470gr bun of love. Welcome son, we were waiting for you,” wrote Lidia Bedman on her Instagram profile along with a beautiful image of the newborn on her lap. Meanwhile, Santiago Abascal, who has become a father for the fifth time, also wanted to show off his son on his social networks.
“Thank God, little Hernán is now with us. The child and mother are healthy and happy, the brothers are excited about the arrival of the fifth child in the house, and the father is proud and grateful for such a great blessing from heaven,” the politician wrote alongside a picture from the hospital in which he can be seen holding the newborn in front of another of his children.
The arrival of the little one has filled the couple with happiness, but especially the leader of Vox, who this Monday posted another beautiful image of Hernán on his Instagram profile in which you can see the newborn’s feet and Abascal’s hand. The couple walked down the aisle in June 2018 in San Vicente del Raspeig, Alicante, and as a result of their marriage, their three children were born together, Jimena, ten years old, Santiago, eight years old, and the newborn Hernán.
But the leader of Vox has two other children, Adriana and Jaime, from his previous marriage to businesswoman Ana Belén Sánchez Cenador, with whom he said ‘I do’ in 2002 in a civil ceremony. However, their love story came to an end eight years later, in 2010.
The pregnancy of the content creator, who has more than 240 thousand followers on her social networks, has not been as easy as she expected, especially these last few weeks, in which the rise in temperatures had negatively influenced her condition. “The child, the heat during pregnancy is… Luckily, I am taking advantage of the opportunity to bathe. I have to admit that I have handled winter pregnancies somewhat better. Without my legs swelling. 10 kg in my 37+3 week, but I feel like I weigh 20 kg more,” she commented on her Instagram profile on July 7.
